One of my favorite photoshoots ever! Black & White taken with good friend @DianaClock at the Kari Orvik Tintype Studio in San Francisco. Watching Kari go through the dark room process was incredible. She’s so talented –– you wouldn’t believe all the magazine covers she’s graced with her amazing work. (Thanks, Kari –– We loved you!)
If you want a black & white photo taken, this is THE place to go in California, Kari Orvik TinType Studio. Pro-tips:
- Kari takes couples, kids, families, friends, animals, groups –– even wedding requests! Prices range from $70-80 a pop, but it’s totally worth it and lasts a lifetime.
- Book an appointment fast. She books up quickly!
- If you remember, wear white or light colors. It shows up well against the backdrop and eventually pops in the black & white photos.
- Follow the artist on Instagram after and tell friends about it – the more press she gets the better, her work again is incredible!
