The Rub: Even the greatest universities face challenges right on their own campus. Most students don’t usually know or care what the Office of Academic Affairs is. Yet it’s the driving force behind faculty and staff employment. In fact, those faculty and staff teach, train, mentor and coach students from enrollment all the way to graduation.

The Mindset: Isn’t this office like a stuffy old teachers union that sits in the library all day and prints out my transcripts at the end of the semester? 

The Urgency: With the college attendance and matriculation rate gradually declining in recent years across the USA due to a variety of factors, it’s crucial to revitalizing this office before it’s too late.
