Persuading with data is easy. Persuading with a story is hard.
But if done right, great storytelling packs enough emotional intelligence power to be memorable, make people rise to their feet instead of yawning, take action, get a craving to come back, and be a part of a larger social impact movement.
I’ve been storytelling since the age of 8.
Little did I know, this would start it all: becoming a postcard-collecting deltiologist, global travel blogger, magazine headliner, journalist and feature writer.
Fast forward 30-something years later to today, I’m still just scratching the surface of new possibilities and frontiers.
