Arguably one of the best farmer’s market in the U.S. (if not THE best, by many), the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market really is sight for sore eyes and hungry bellies. Where –– if you wake up early enough on a Saturday morning somewhere in the nearby Los Angeles area –– you can find a confluence of brilliant color, decadent cuisine, world cultures, ripe fruits, crisp veggies, aspiring and famous chefs, sweating farmers and beach cities all squeezed into 5 blocks. The market hours straddle the line between breakfast, lunch and brunch so chances are, you stick around for the entire time. Because here, anything and any concoction goes. 5 hours later, I think this farmers market lover and groupie has just met her match.
