San Pedro Square Market: think of it as an old barn meets Texas roadhouse with no southern cowboys or neighing horses to speak of but rustic charm and indoor food truck pop-up restaurants instead.
It’s been on my San Jose bucket list all week. This morning I finally stopped by to take a gander.
Half expecting the sounds of neighing horses, clanking hooves, sliding wooden doors, revving tractors and hay brushing against stalls, I found instead a polished interior with wooden-planks stretching across the ceiling, cobblestone underneath my feet, wooden islands in the middle, sans stools and a variety of pop-up restaurants of every cuisine.
